Rupert is a qualified actuary with over 30 years’ experience at a senior level in the SIPP and SSAS industry, and individually approved status with HMRC as a Pensioneer Trustee. Rupert’s previous roles include Managing Director at IPS Pensions and a director at James Hay. Unlike many in the industry, Rupert actually enjoys the challenge of an ever-changing pensions environment!

Chris has been in the financial services industry for over 30 years and has founded and managed numerous high profile companies including IPS Actuarial Services, Investment Portfolio Services and Cobalt Capital LLP. He designed and established with the Nationwide Building Society one of the first SIPP Products in the UK, the IPS Pension Builder. Chris has invaluable experience in the financial services sector and his background offers significant advantages for Curtis Banks clients. The Company’s aim to provide clients with a modern efficient service in establishing pension products for successful financial management, is something that Chris firmly believes Curtis Banks can deliver.

Steve Hart

Steve Hart

Business Development Director

Steve has been involved in the administration of member directed pension schemes all his working life. Being in the industry for nearly 15 years Steve has amassed impressive knowledge of SSASs and SIPPs through technical, client facing and business development roles, as well as numerous professional examinations resulting in Diploma level status with the PFS and CII. As Business Development Director Steve is responsible for all new business, product development and marketing operations within Curtis Banks.

Kristian Morgans

Kristian Morgans

Operations Director

Kristian has worked within the pensions industry for over 10 years since graduating in 1997 with a BSc in Economics. He worked within actuarial benefit consultancies such as Bacon & Woodrow before moving onto a major SSAS and SIPP provider where he gained his DipPFS qualification and gained experience as a business analyst and systems developer. As Operations Director he has responsibility for the day to day running of the business including the implementation of office processes and systems, staff training and recruitment and the delivery of a high quality service to our clients.
