We are delighted to announce the Curtis Banks Team Marathon Running Challenge on 25 March in fundraising support of the Curtis Banks Group charities of the year for 2020 and 2021 – Lighthouse Women’s Aid, Teenage Cancer Trust and Wellbeing Works Dundee.

Colleagues in our Ipswich and Bristol offices will form running teams and will be joined by the Curtis Banks Group Sales team to run the 26.2 miles of a marathon on treadmills in each office. Members of each team can run as little or as far they want, collectively the aim is for each team to run the full marathon distance! That works out at just over five kilometres each for the members of our Sales team!

We’re aiming to raise as much as we can in fundraising sponsorship for our charities, please visit the JustGiving and Virgin Money Giving pages below to support our runners in Ipswich and Bristol. Our Dundee office and their charity of the year Wellbeing Works Dundee will also benefit from this challenge through the Curtis Banks staff matched fundraising scheme.

Lighthouse Women’s Aid

Runners in our Ipswich office are running on behalf of Lighthouse Women’s Aid, a charity which provides emotional support to women, young people and children experiencing domestic abuse in their personal or family relationships.

Teenage Cancer Trust

Runners in our Bristol office are running on behalf of Teenage Cancer Trust to support teenagers who are going through cancer or have been through cancer, focussing specifically on supporting their mental health and wellbeing.

Any support for our teams would be gratefully received.

Stay tuned to our LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter pages for further updates.
