Latest updates to the secure portal

Originally sent 13 June 2019

We’re continuing to develop our new secure portal, and last night we introduced two new significant updates.

When you next log in to the secure portal, simply click on the relevant client to be taken to their plan overview. We’ve listened to your feedback, and the new changes should be clear.

Bank transaction history

You can now view the transaction history for the SIPP bank account. Simply click through to your client’s plan, and you’ll see the tab straight away.

Using it is intuitive, and there are a couple of useful ways to manage the display. Clicking the toggle on the left will sort the list by age – either oldest or most recent – or you can define the date period that you’d like to view.

You can now also produce a pdf ‘statement’ for your records simply by clicking Print pdf. This can be produced either for the entire transaction history or just your defined date range.

Bank transaction history has been one of the most common requests from advisers, so we’re really pleased to bring this update to you now.

Enhanced secure messaging

We’ve also upgraded the secure messaging to be specific to each client. So when you now look at a client’s plan overview, there’s a new secure message option. This will now send and receive messages specific to just this client. You can also attach files to your secure messages, and we’ve increased the permitted file size following your feedback.

Future updates

We’re planning another update in the next few weeks, and as ever will provide you with more details nearer the time. Alternatively, you can contact your local Business Development Manager for more information.

Product update

Your Future SIPP has been operating smoothly and as designed for some months now. Therefore, we’re now ready to close our other SIPPs to new business. We’ll continue to accept applications for the Curtis Banks SIPP, MasterSIPP, SmartSIPP and SimSIPP until 31 July, but thereafter all new applications will only be accepted for Your Future SIPP.

Thank you for continuing to support Curtis Banks, and make a success of Your Future SIPP.
