We have over 50 years’ experience in SIPP commercial property, and with over 6,500 properties currently being administered by us, on behalf of our clients we are one of the largest commercial landlords in Europe. Our total portfolio value is over £2bn and we have 6,500 tenants occupying these SIPP properties.

With our experience and expertise in all areas of SIPP commercial property investment, from purchase to management, development works and disposals, we are ideally placed to support you and your clients’ end-to-end property journey.

We are pleased to add two new case studies to our website to assist you and your clients with their SIPP property journeys.

Borrowing money for a SIPP purchase

This case study explains how the lending process works for a new property purchase via a SIPP. In our experience, there can sometimes be a stigma around borrowing, with a sense that it is difficult to do. However via our SIPPs, the process can be quite straightforward. The case study follows a client looking to acquire a property via their SIPP that they currently own personally.

Developing Land with a SIPP

This case study explains the basic requirements for developing land within a SIPP. We are seeing an increase in these types of new enquiries via our Business Development Managers, and this case study gives an example of a client who could not locate a property that would work for their company, so they instead look to buy land and build their own property using funds from their pension.

These case studies provide an indication of the processes that would need to be followed, however for a more extensive overview of SIPP commercial property acquisition, development and management, please read our Property Guide.

If you would like to speak with our Property teams regarding either of the above topics, you can find the relevant contact details on our website.

Kind regards,
