Secure portal updates – unrivalled features and access to data for you and your clients

We are delighted to announce that as from today access to our Your Future SIPP secure portal has been extended to your clients with Suffolk Life SIPPs. We have contacted the relevant clients to activate their new log-in credentials and to introduce all the enhanced features and functionality for their Suffolk Life plan.

The Your Future SIPP portal replaces our old Suffolk Life portal, which is no longer available as of today. If you haven’t logged in to our Your Future SIPP portal yet – advisers with previous Suffolk Life portal access should log in with your Suffolk Life details and for security reasons you will be prompted to change your password for future access. For all other users please refer to our  ‘How to’ video or read our PDF guide on getting set up on the portal.

For existing Curtis Banks SIPPs, please continue to log in to the Curtis Banks portal on our website.

You and your clients are able to access up to date information about the SIPPs including:

  • Investments
  • Bank transactions
  • Contributions
  • Transfers
  • Drawdown
  • Income
  • Illustrations
  • The ability to send a secure message to process instructions

What’s new?

We have also made further enhancements to the portal to improve your user experience. Firstly, plan details will automatically be customised to suit the plan arrangements you are viewing when using the portal. Secondly, we have also introduced specific secure message templates for processing instructions enabling safe and reliable messaging.

In addition we are pleased to announce a new ‘Manage cash’ facility, initially only available to the Cofunds Investment Account. This allows you to view and manage cash* online and to transfer funds between the SIPP and the Cofunds Investment Account. For all other accounts please use the new secure messaging facility or continue to contact us in the usual way.
